Nick Stengl, CFII - MEI, CSIP

Nick began his aviation career at the University of North Dakota, where he earned his private pilot license and progressed to a commercial multi-engine rating. He then served as a factory flight instructor for Cirrus Aircraft, providing transition training to new Cirrus owners across the United States. Seeking new challenges, Nick transitioned to a career in air traffic control. He has worked at Minneapolis Center and is currently at Denver Center. In addition to his duties as a controller, he is the Air Space and Procedure Facility Representative, collaborating with multiple facilities to develop air traffic and instrument procedures. Nick resides in Longmont, CO, with his wife and daughter, and they enjoy traveling frequently in their family's SR22T.
